PPH – Polypropylene Natural Sheet

Description Natural Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) Sheet is a rigid, lightweight engineering plastic offering high stiffness, excellent chemical resistance, and strong performance at elevated temperatures up to 100°C. Its very low moisture absorption (less than 0.1%) and dual FDA and EU food contact approval make it a reliable choice for industrial fabrication, chemical handling, and hygiene-critical environments. PPH is stiffer and stronger than copolymer polypropylene, with a higher tensile strength and greater rigidity, making it the preferred choice where structural performance and dimensional stability matter most. It is easily welded, machined, and fabricated to suit bespoke applications. PPH or PPC — Which Should You Choose? Choose PPH if you need higher rigidity, greater tensile strength, or performance at temperatures up to 100°C. Choose PPC if your application involves impact loading, lower temperatures, or you need greater flexibility and toughness. Both are food contact approved and chemically resistant — the right choice comes down to whether stiffness or impact toughness matters more for your application. Available in Natural and Beige, cut from 2000 x 1000mm parent sheets. Important: Engineering plastics are supplied as semi-finished materials and usually have no protective film.
