The Abalone is ideal for use as a vase or simply as a standalone presentation piece in any room in the home. Clean and simple lines make this a contemporary and sculptural work of art. The natural properties of the slate are revealed at their finest with the honed and smooth finish. Each individual planter will display its own natural finish with hues of greys, copper and silver and are pre-drilled for external use to ensure that your plants are never over watered. All of our planters are easy to clean and maintain and are frost and weather resistant. The Abalone Slate Vase is suitable for internal use however if you plan to place it outside you must add drainage holes to the bottom of the vase to allow water to escape and not collect inside the vessel. Please Note: Natural slate is a product of nature and as such no two are the same. There will be variations in colour, pattern, texture and veining.
